Today’s Healthy Treat: Berry and Maple Nut Granola with Amazake!

This time, I decided to get a bit creative with my Amazake granola recipe. Last time, I kept it simple with just dates and apples.
But today, I added dried berries and maple cinnamon nuts, and it turned out amazing!

The recipe is the same as before, so you can easily adjust it to your taste preferences. I also used rice flour, making this granola
gluten-free and sugar-free!!
What’s the sweetness?
We use Amazake for everything to make it sweet!
It’s a traditional fermented Japanese rice drink and really sweet but completely guilt free!
